This app provides a convenient solution for users who are unable to activate call waiting due to operator/ROM incompatibility. It allows you to easily enable or disable call waiting in the settings menu of your device.
Call Waiting Enabler requires certain permissions to function properly:
- android.permission.CALL_PHONE
- android.permission.CALL_PRIVILEGED
- android.permission.MODIFY_PHONE_STATE
These permissions are necessary for dialing MMI codes, which are used to activate and deactivate call waiting.
Please note that Call Waiting Enabler cannot enable call waiting if your operator does not support this feature or has prohibited it.
When using this software, you can dial *43# to activate call waiting, #43# to deactivate it, and *#43# to check the status.
This app was created to provide an alternative solution for enabling call waiting on Android phones, as there were no similar apps available on the market and finding these codes was not straightforward.
